A contact print holds clues and offers a preview of a larger print. They are a heads up for any potential issues not picked up by holding the negative up to the light.

What if we use a larger piece of paper? The whole image projected onto a sheet? Then expose our timed increments using both filter grades. Wouldn’t this save paper?
